On Transcending With Creativity

I wrote this song about the ability of the creative imagination to transcend the oppressive circumstances life sometimes seems to hands us.  It’s called Calliope named after the Greek Muse of Epic Poetry and also as Homer’s Muse of The Iliad and The Odyssey. I added the video overlay effects to symbolize how one feels as if they diffuse into the divine when engaged in a creative act.

I know the video editing leaves much to be desired but I hope you enjoy the song just the same :D

    Nice melody and interesting intervals, wish the video/soundtrack was clearer so I could make out the lyrics (could you post those?). As a teacher and a Mom, it warms my heart to think of you sharing your considerable talent with the little people in your growing family. Take care!
